i was curious on what to expect from taking a male jack herer and pollenating a purple wreck with it. jack is from sensi seeds and the purple wreck from reserva privada (feminised). who carries the more dominate traits when crossing?

Thanks for your time!

And to add to what Mr. Belvedere said; you wont even know the results then! The offspring of your first crossing will have a variety of "phenotypes".

And even then, the results are not stable. That is to say that the results would be "all over the place" - hit and miss. There is a lot more to it than just crossing two plants. Real breeders have to go through a long, drawn out, process to get "Normalized" seed production.

It is real easy to know what you get from a female since you smoke it.
No way to tell (at this point) what a male is like until you have tested the progeny.
That is one of the reasons selecting a male is so tough.

At this point I have 2 sensi jack in the first few weeks of flower and my best friends just finished up 2 and all 4 are different. A lot of variation in a strain that has been around forever and supposedly "worked". But I have to admit to have much much less admiration of the "old school" breeders than most do. Seems like all the old strains arent what they used to be and very unstable.
