So I topped and I was pulling down for LST and the base (Right next to the main stump) kinda tore about half way off. I stood it up and taped it. Will it fix itself?

Would a couple of Popsicle sticks help as splints? Done it more than once. 3 or 4 around a large plant, 2 on smaller. Hold next to it, wrap newspaper around it and then heavy tape over the newspaper. After a week or so just slice down it with an X-acto or other sharp knife and unfold it from around your plant. Like an arm or leg of a human.

tr4y using some sort of flexi bandage or chessecloth. if u google it there are many things u can use. anyway dip the cloth ect into honey tie round you're damaged arear.make sure it supports the branch but make sure there is no way it can damage and dig into the stem/branch a it starts to grow and expand and u will be fine. honey as healing properties and had been used through out time for many reasons it was even used on ancient battlefields. it work trust, the plant will be fine

I'd snapped this one about 2 weeks before bloom and just wrapped it with good ole' duct tape.

Here she is at harvest after peeling the tape off...
