Broke Taproot Help

Hey, I just had my blue cheese sprout in a jiffy pellet and was transplanting into a solo cup, i usually remove the netting just to make it easier for the roots but this time i removed it and snapped the taproot....will it survive or should I just start another seed?

when i broke my taproot in half, i kinda put it back together and set it in the pellet easy. it started slowly, but now its one of the strongest of the bunch.
