Can't really tell how it's broken?
contact failure. if I replace the two drivers, the other half does not work where I plugged the cable.

It is.
I mailed the seller and they gave me mail adres to Mars Hydro. I sent a mail to them 3 days ago but there is no response.

Thanks man, yes it is very beneficial to have extra lights for sure. I have also so I can replace at the moment but for flowering I am gonna need that broken one too.
