Brown buds

Hi everyone

One of my buds has turned completely brown and this one also has a brown spot. Do you guys have any idea what causes this and any advice? Should I harvest it just the bud turning brown?I’ve also attached a few of the other buds

That's budrot mate. I'd be chopping the plant down as it will only get worse and spread!

Sure does mate! Been a shit season for it too! I know of quite a few that have lost buds to rot this year. Your plant at least looks ready to pick so shouldn't be too big of a loss!

Cut off any cola that has it. Finish that plant up and chop it.

Looks like worm bud to me. Are those outdoor? Pick that stuff off and look for the other tell tail sign of worms. The little black dots of worm poop. They chew thru the stem so the bud dies off. Find it and kill it!!! I wouldn't cut anything off besides the brown stuff.
