brown leaves HELP!!!!

hey guys
the leaves on the bottom of my plants are going brown and some are getting brown spots.
i was told that i need more nutriants something with nitrogen in, can any1 recomend me something to use please as i have no clue wot is best.
oh and by the way my plant just lives on my windowcill where it soaks up the son its in standerd compost and i give it tap water when the soil looks dry (im just doing it naturally)
any help would be great please !! :joint::hump:

use fish emulsions for nitrogen. ti wont burn your plants and it is at walmart

Let your tap water sit out to aerate for at least 24hrs.

get a small light to keep it in veg 24hrs a day.

it nneds food get a good quality vegging fertilizer from hydro store and use at half strength feed feed water that means feed plant with fertilized water one day then when it needs more feed it again with fertilized water then when it needs it again use plain water so feed feed water

there are these two keys below the "k" and "l" called the period and the comma ... try them sometime.

do they go yellow before they go brown? brown spots are a pretty severe sign of deficiency.

well we do need pics, if you need emergency nitrogen, piss on em. i dont suggest this unless your broke and need to simulate ferts for nitrogen.
