brown leaves

I have recently began growing some plants, and on the tips of the second set of leaves it looks like the tips are beginning to turn brown, does anyone know what this is or what causes it?
I would post a picture, but I'm not really sure how to go about doing that. If someone could tell me how I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance for providing answers to either of my noobish questions ha.

Sounds like classic nute burn.

That's what I was thinking also. I'll still try to post a pic whenever I figure it out.

But one thing is that I haven't added any nutrients yet ( these plants are only about two weeks old) so can nute burn still occur? I am fairly new to growing.

Check the Ph levels before you water. Let water sit out at least 24 hours. milk jugs could be used. the soil could have fert in it. hopefully it's not miracle grow as it is very hard to control nute defeciences. just my guess!
