brown spots and yellowing leaves

Hello I'm a first time grower and I've been having some problems so far. I'm useing a 75 watt hps an a 4ft cfl shop light. I'm useing a organic potting mix in a 5 gal bucket. My plant is about 6 weeks old. I did some reaserch n thounght my problem was ph so I got some water test strips and as well as a soil test kit witch test for ph,n,k and p. My ph in my tap water was high so I switched to distilled, my ph in my soil is still high more of an 8 than 7. N was low n so was K so I went n got some nutes 24-8-16. I'm hopeing this will be able to bring back my plant befor its to late any help would b great with the yellowing leaves n brown spots

Sounds like you fixed your own problem.

Just have to wait and see how it does.

Is there any way I can lower my ph in my soil. I've read about useing real limes but I couldn't find much about it. I just watered them yesterday with the nutes do u think it will come back

Where did you get all of those testers bro?

It should recover. I think you use 1 tblsp of lime to a gallon of water.

I got the water test at homedepot for abot 7 buck in the pool section but I had to go to ace for the soiltester
