Brown spots dry leaves

My brothers Gro as having problems two of his plants are like this. It's an indoor grow under a 600w HPS and in soil. Fert. Is FF BIg Bloom @ 8 tbls per Gal. and tiger bloom @ 3 tbls per gal. Plus 2 tsp of FF chi Ching per gal. Everything seemed good now four weeks into flower leaves look like this. Seeds originally just came from a bag of high grade but these are 3rd gen. Clones from that. Not sure the strain but mostly indica and we have used it before with no problem and been using the same nutes on a blueberry strain with no problems. And the PH has been hanging right around 6 or so. WTH is going on ?

Thanks I told him the same thing that's what I was thinking but wanted to throw it out there to see if someone might know something different bc I hadn't seen one get quite that bad

Looks like overfeeding to me. I grow in hydro and I only give around 1 tsp of each bottle per gallon so if your saying tblsp that seems like a lot. Plus the dark green color and "clawing" of the leaves is classic nitrogen toxicity.
