Brown spots.. Need help... please

Hey everyone... Have a question about a plant. I have just started seeing brown spots on a few leaves, and also the very bottom leaves are kinda yellowish on the tips. I dont know if this is from not giving nutes yet. been REAL busy with moving and just now have the time to get back to them.


please let me know what I need to do.

yep those plants need nutes
thats a P def appearing, and a little more nitrogen wouldn't hurt

so go out and buy sum nice veg nutes, and you may aswlel purchase some flower nutes aswell for when the time comes

I have NO Hydro shops around, etc.. So can I get what I need from lowes? not alot around here... And is there any specific type I can get that is better? thats available NOT in a Hydro shop???

Also, how often do I need to add them? what strength? , etc... Sorry for all the questuions.. but I have read so many posts, I am confused now... lol

i had those same brown spots on my plants...turned out my ph was a lil out of whack

if money is not an issue buy a Ph meter like 10 bucks tops,
and the stuff you buy will have directions for use on it, but usualy 1/2 str every other watering

get a veg nute, NPK like 30-15-15
and if u can a flower nute 10-20-15

So get some nitrogen, Phosphorus, and I now have a large container of water which has an air stone in it. So I can adjust the PH in there, that way my PH will be good.

Whats the best PH level to keep for AK-48 and Master Kush???

Will Lowes, or Walmart have these? just curious... I have no idea where else to go...

Okay, the closest thing to those numbers are Miracle Grow all purpose plant food 24-8-16. I guess thats better than what they were getting... lol

The box says for watering can to use 1 tablespoon per gallon of water. And for indoor plants to use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water.

Which do I go by? and then do I use 1/4 or 1/2 strength of that?

Let me know so I can feed my Babies...

go with 1/4, but if you think it is not enough and your plants could use more, slowly up the dosage to 1/2

and vise versa the other way, if 1/4 is to much back it off

how often should I use the nutes? I also have them in 4 inch pots right now. and seems I need to water about every other day. seems the soil is pretty dry by then. will bigger pots help this out? should I stay with what I have? lol.. Damn I have aqlot of questions... lol...

u should probably be using the nutes every other watering
and transplant if your roots have filled the current pot

Okay, looks like maybe my brown spots have gone. take a look at IT now. I say it cause I do not know if its a male or female yet.
Let me know if you see any other issues with plant.

Now the ones below have some issues. lol.. I was in hospital for a few days, and had some one look after them, and well... You know what happened.. lol let me know what caused these issues you see.



Please let me know what the issues are here with these guys, and if i can maybe fix them. And be sure it does not happen again.

Also, is the first plant i posted pics of, ready to cut a clone so I can see if its a male or female? and whats the best way to do this and figure out. Im gonna buy Fem seeds next time...

they should have been potted up ages ago m8 they are potbound

the answer to your question is the question itself

if a plant is in its vegetative state i would say get any plant food that says for vegetables high in nitrogen

if a plant is in its flowering stage i would say get any plant food that says for flowers high in phopherous

they look in pretty good shape to me if anything a little to green which indicates to much nitrogen

indica have a low tollerance to nitrogen as compared to sativa indicas are a very hardy plant so dont worry to much

i know its hard for many growers but just keep it simple

forget the watering regime just water them when the pots are light to lift up dont force feed them if it was a human they would be sick aswell

dont think to hard it realy is that easy at the end of the day they are weeds

any supermarket will sell plant food for vegetables or flowers it will say it on the front of the packet lol

okay, yeah, I have only fed them like twice. my friend did not even use any food. he only watered them for me. and it was the miracle grow veg food, which I posted earlier in this thread. And I only water them, wehn the pots do get very light, and the soil is VERY DRY. and I am only using 1 teaspoon per gallon of water of the food.

Now, do I need to get bigger pots? is that what you are saying? cause I was gonna go out today and get some. But did not know if I was correct on this. and how much bigger do I need to get?

I only realy want to find out which are fem,so I can start cloning them, cause my stealth veg box i am building is only 32" tall total, and my bloom stealth box is 48" tall. They are just not finished yet... Been busy, and SICK..

I also have a container of water that is being pumped with an airstone, that also has the PH lowered to round 5.6 - 6.0 I don't have an electronic PH meter, just the chemical kit. Don'y know where to get one cheap. If you know, let me know, and I will for sure go get one.

But my brown spots are all gone. Thats what I was asking bout in the first post.
