This week I would suggest an increase of 150 ppm. Using the ratios on the feed chart to achieve this.
Sounds good I do everything exactly per chart except I cut down the cal mag I did add half what it says to my buckets today and next feeding Sunday i will go back to what I was doing thanks alot for your help

You’re doing a good job so far it looks like. Watch your pH and good on ya for weekly rez swaps. I found it easier to keep clean and pH/EC within the ranges I wanted doing it weekly.

I’ve never heard calcium caused holes. Deficiency you’re seeing. Toxicity causes lockout more than any other nutrient.

Edit: not saying it doesn’t cause holes. Just I’ve never heard it or experienced it.
He was saying I was bringing my PPM up to high with calmag because general hydroponics also gives cal and mag I was in ppm 1000-1100 and he said dont need that high in DWC

When their feeding schedule suggests adding it it’s not just to sell it. My suggestion having used RO in hydro is to first add cal mag until your PPM is 125-150. Then add your other nutes in the proper ratios to bring it up to your target range. You’re safe increasing your PPM 150-200 each time if plants aren’t showing toxicity. No additional cal mag once you made your initial adjustment.

Starting PPM should be 275-350 at least.
