Is it the lighting in the photo or are your plants a really pale green color? If so I'd be thinking along the lines of Nitrogen issue.

Ive got the same spots, a little worse, but I'm only a couple weeks out from cutting that plant so fuck it.

Thats HPS light but they do look deficient. If your growing in dirt, i would hit them with a heavy top dress of 5-5-5 dry amendment. Should have any and all of the nutrients she is craving.

This pic is as close as it gets without turning off the LED. They’re 3000k + far red. I’m feeding tomorrow morning, the soil is still too moist to my liking.

3k+red is on the yellow side for LED but yeah it looks even more yellowed out for some reason. I think they are just hungry.

With no other info, you look short on Ca which is supported by the fact that the spots are on your upper leaves. Good luck.
