Brown spotting on leaves plant looking bad

Ok i have a bagseedling that has taken a turn for the worst its about 3-4 weeks old and about a week ago it staretd with these problems I am pretty sure its the ph not being correct. But I could be wrong so if u have any guesses let me know. Heres various pics at various stages

the first mix of medium i made was lacking lime so i know the ph is not right what can be done to adjust the ph at this point?

yea its deffo ph problem, like mother said check them both and check the run off but remember the run off its not always soo accurate

my plant is 14 days old from bagseed the bottom two leaves are decaying because the soil i used was from a garden with miracle grow all purpose feed in it which saids it feeds for up to 3 months so my plant is very small the two upper leaves are healtier and only a tiny dot of brown at the tips and they curl down and their are healty leaves forming inside this what should I do?Should i move it into a bigger pot with better soil or is it to soon to transplant?do you think it will make it?
