Looks kinda like nute burn to me.
What nutes are you using? At what strength are you currently mixing them?
And what kind of water are you using? And what is the PPM of the water before mixing nutes?

Its nutes burn don't worry its not bad get organic won't get nute burn also has no chemicals in organic nutes also gives better taste
