did not look at anything other than the "freckles", but you need some p now; from seed
i am assuming, if so, she has achieved adulthood. remember from seed cannabis
generally reveals its sex at around the 60 day mark, then it will start moving to the
next phase ... preflower =>> flower... but in most potting soils you will need the
calcium/mag, you can bank on it... so its, approaching phos/cal/mag deficiency...

Yeah, that just looks like the plant naturally eating it's lower leaves because it's a little low on nutes. Not a biggie right now, looks good. Remember when you start to feed, use 1/4 to 1/2 the recommended dose and gradually increase as the plant gets bigger.

What should i be feeding it? Any recommendations?

That's up to you. You can top dress or you may just want to get some organic liquid nutes that you dilute in water when you feed. Fox Farm products are popular. Alaska fish fert, etc... You may want to check the nutrient section of the general growing forum.
