I said that it's more than just a HS grad and a checklist. I did not say checklists are not needed or used. I have years of experience in Aerospace so talking to me about checklists and standards is quite laughable. People fuck up and pencil whip checklists quite often. Also, I did not say you were only a HS graduate, but now that your bring it up.. given your writing and level of comprehension I would find it very hard to believe you've passed a college level English course, even if English is not your native language.
What? Is that some more of that college level English you passed in order to get your degree?
Do you know that I am aware of Indian reservations? Could you possibly know that I have direct family that works for the Tribal Council at Window Rock? Of course you couldn't. And of course, none of us here have ever heard of Indians. Now remind me what difference it makes if there is a lab on a reservation with Indians working in it.
Where did I say you'd never come up with a machine? You already said you had one. Where did I say that you wouldn't be able to operate the machine? Where did I say that I worked in a lab? Your comprehension is seriously lacking and you expect me to believe that you can follow and execute a check list? And now we are back to quoting standards, huh? Awesome. You come in here telling us you are going to debunk this and that with a second hand machine and no experience as if you were the first person to ever come up with the idea. You asked for comments and you got them. You are out of your league. That's just how it is. A guy with no experience and a second hand machine just can't compete with somebody who has a degree in Chemistry and uses million dollar equipment.
You wanna tinker? Fine. Have at it. But stop pretending like you are a scientist who will right all the mistakes of everyone who's ever put marijuana into a lab machine.
First you spout off about how you had to "adjust someone's attitude" like some meat head, and now you act like the philosophical warrior? LOL, ok buddy. Your line there doesn't even make sense. Of course both sides can't be victorious, and there is always attrition except when there isn't. Do you even know what attrition means?

My illiteracy has been established by probably the same person now in a different profile. You guys and your profiles LOL!!! Smoked out another one too easy and now I think I know who you are. We meet the other day did we not?
Now as far as language skills go look up what an Enterprise Resource Program is or just go look at the system at any dispensary to know what it is. They are large and very complexe programs written in a object oriented language.
Then realize for about 40 hours of work I just earned a 20K+ machine. Not to mention I now have a program I can resell to other labs that need to be ISO compliant which can be installed and configured in a few hours. Look up online and find the cheapest ERP you can you will find what I charged is about 20% of market for the really big shops.
So which language skills do you think are more valuable object oriented or English? Secretaries can be hired for $8-10 an hour with excellent English skills and will starve for the rest of their lives. So you go girl!!!
Attrition = a reduction or decrease in numbers, size, or strength. Strength would be the attrition I was talking about. YES I used the word correctly and comprehend it completely. Strength = the quality or state of being strong, in particular. I am inliterate but my comphension is fine.
My opinion only has to convince patients not you. Have I mentioned that reality is merely an illusion latley?
Why should I as a patient have to wait for you guys to come up to speed at Cali prices and second hand weed. As one of those guys that is bringing it in from Cali said "we are getting the second hand buds and throw aways. The exact same stuff on when you look at all the outdoor then go to a dispensary and see the same strains and bud. PLEASE!!! I meet him on CL and he also donates to a dispensary imagine that hmmmm. WHich is why I tell people to go to CL it is a good protion of the same weed on the dispensary shelves. Why pay retail when you can get it for whole sale prices.
I must give credit where credit is due....Downtown Meds so far seem the best over all. However Nature meds is coming up quick I can actually say two of there buds were WOW!! Who ever grew High Society rocks!!! Guess that is because of the dirt not hydro.
My machine is completly refurbished which will make the calibration easy. Now if it is calibrated correctly the preparation process is rather straight forward. Then all I have to do is let the analytical software do its thing. DID I SAY THAT THE CALIBRATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS.
As a dispensary owner or a patient when looking at a report the first thing you need to do is verify it was calibrated correctly. Ask for the calibration sheet and check the time and date of the calibration. Ask how many samples have they ran through before recalibrating. If it is not calibrated to the carrier gas the results will be off and the test useless. That is why ISO has these rules in place unless you work at a lab where protocol and procedure does not matter. So if your a patient be an informed consumer and ask for the results as well as the calibration.
I spoke with Kenneth; I think that was his name at the dispensary side of AZDHS. He says that there are a lot of complaints about quality and measurments. Measurments mostly on the pre rolled side. He also said that there is not a method in place for testing or verifying the testors.
To me that right there is a chink in the armor of the whole system. Lets think about this for a second...
In the blogs on AZDHS they try to convince us directly or indirectly how it has no medicinal value. Then they take our money. Finally then
they expect us to use a medicine with out any testing standards only that it is tested. How do I know that any of these labs know any more than I do? WE DON'T as there is no set standard for the testing facilities!!! That is not true for Pharmacueticals and after all one must compare apples to apples when applying the law or other regulatory measures.
So the health department is now telling me the medicine is safe because of testing that not even the dispensaries trust. Seems like a direct violation of job duties and not in the health safety and welfare of the people. If one person gets sick from mold or pesticides the whole system will crash.
The bad news is the machine has a TDC detector not an FID so I have to try and find one. I should have know when I saw the NO2 marking on one of the tubes. No worries the TDC will help with some moisture studies I also want to do.
