I could've figured out what the 98 meant on my own -____-
I just didn't understand it's relevance. So basically a better more potent strain; purer to it's otiginal creation? Now I get it, thsnk you!

People say Pre 98 is because that is when everybody started coming out with the feminized seeds and Bubba Kush was bastardized. Pre 98 Bubba Kush means original Kush, which will only be one bud. It is very apically dominant. You don't get it to branch off and all that other. That's what I found

Ok I just added some new girls to the family. The lineup - OG Skywalker, Chemdawg, Sharksbreath, Blue Dream and LSD and Jack the Ripper. I will put up some pictures. The are clones So I will kick off in my CFL box for a couple weeks and then move them to the T5s. Anyone have any experience with these goirls. I would love to hear your comments on the strains. I getting ready to flip my White Widows, White Russians, Chernobyls, Girl Scout Cookies and 3rd Dimensions. Stay tuned! Peace!

I'm only using FF big bloom and tiger bloom . Do they have a lot of nitrogen? It could be the lighting from the flash

i got og kush on it's day 17, and og cheese on week 1, and kerala x skunk#1 in it's first few days. using general organics go box.

Please check out my Bubba Kush. This is day 39 since 12/12 flip. I noticed a leaf problem at the top of the cola some of the pistils are turning brown on the buds. Is this normal? The leaf problems are just on the top of the cola the rest of the plant is still nice and green with no signs of trouble. I moved my lights up some from the plant just in case it was too close and burning the plant,

that one cola looks beat to hell, the rest of the pics are great! im seeing light pink pistils in a few...crazy dark leaves too! i wish mine would stretch like yours lol

The leaves have always been dark green. I'm using ff trio from nutes all the way thru. Since flowering only using big bloom and tiger bloom. Not sure why the main cola leaves started turning brown, only the leaves at the top of the cola. All other leaves are nice and green.

Feeding about once a week. Feed, let dry, ph water , let dry then feed again. Only feeding about half strength, Using both big bloom and tiger bloom together on the feed days.

have a 6 inch fan blowing on the top 24/7. Aim Aim pointed me to the possibility of the fan, lights and humidity cause the environment to dry the top leaves.

Seems like a consensus is forming from those I have PM'd on the subject.
#1 Heat Stress from lights or fan (wind burn)
#2 Nute burn
I would keep an eye on my thread in case we get some other responses. For what it's worth I think it's #1 too. Trim the plant up and adjust lights and fans. See if that doesn't fix the issue. If it doesn't, check your feed sched. for this specific strain with other growers. Some are more delicate and react poorly to normal feeding at this late stage of the grow.
