Unnecessary, unless for some reason you want 5 varying resin head sizes water extraction (gumby method) is free and works amazing but that is a good price for those bags that's for sure heres some pics of the last batch of hash I got Off of 2 plants worth the trim

you say unnecessary but my hash dont come out green and textured like that.

and tom very nice research i wish i found you when i was buying mine...

wow that's awesome price I just ordered one. I didn't want the 5 gallon so this is great. + rep for the link

hate to burst your bubble but those are PVC coated which scrapes off easily into your extraction and the screens are usually the wrong microns.

I went with the Gumby method, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhGNxUgFHcc and ended up with a sugary textured, golden sand colored final product. Bubbles nicely when smoked too. The trim was assorted but mostly Jilly Bean and Sour Cream. The taste and high are so nice for so cheap, I wouldn't use a bubble bag if they were free. + rep Bauks

Ya, that was my first attempt at hash making I know a Bit more Now And Will Be able To get better Product next time.... I have seen Lots of folks Who Get nice golden hash Using Gumby method..In this case I beat my Plants up a lil to much and let the water sit a lil longer than was needed causing more plant matter to combine with the resin at the bottom..... But all in all it works and tastes great Can't beat free ....

thanks for the info tom on the scrungy bags.. i have been looking for a set of bags and have seen the ones of ebay and figured that they had to have something wrong with them, lol.. and i couldn't bring myself to spend that amount of cash on a set of the bubblebags, but i can get down with the price that you had said.. thanks again..

I just purchased a set of Sprung bags last week. Shipping was quick (like 3 business days). Made some nice hash...

$79 including shipping for 5-gallon bags...the price can't be beat. I've never seen bubblebags first hand, but these bags are high quality and seem very durable.

I would recommend them over the cheap ebay bags. I wish they had a 90micron bag in addition to the others. I also didn't get much out of the the 160micron bag, but it does remove larger contaminates.

So yeah, Sprung is great.

got my sprungbags off ebay for $89, came in 3 days. used them three times already worked great, fit perfectly in a 5 gallon bucket and the tie strings keep them from moving around. just as good if not better then bubble bag brand. don't see how anyone could go wrong with them

that doesnt look like hash at all

Not anymore! they ripped me off!! purchased a bag and it was never delivered and ignored all my emails. almost 2 months waiting time and nothing, definitely a rip-off! a scam! spread the word, beware of sprung bags they dont deliver anymore.

After threatening about spreading the word in forums they finally replied claiming bag mustve been lost in mail that they would ship a new one and refund the shipping costs. Sounded ok and got my hopes up, 1 month later no bag.
Fckng scammers.
