bubble hash help

Im not sure where to put this thread but since this is my first time trying to make it i thought i would put it under newbie. so i chopped my plants on the 13th of may put all the sugar leaves and some popcorn nugs in a gallon zip lock bag. i let that sit out for about a week then i froze it since i was told to keep it in the freezer because it works better? but anyways i put the gallon bag in the freezer and now its starting to turn brown.....not sure if its rotting does not smell like rotting trim its just brown and nasty looking. i just got my bubble bags today and i just want to make sure the brown trim is fine to use. a little freezer burn but nothing worth throwing out. so if any hashmakers want to help a newbie out please do!

Trim for hash should have been thoroughly dried out before going into the freezer. Then seal the jar air-tight then put into the freezer.

thanks big steve! lol sounded funny saying that hahah im so baked, but the hash turned out fucking amazing! full melt to! got about 3 grams it was a nice rainy day smoke.
