or just use femmed seeds...i would use 5 gallon buckets for each plant. you can control the amount of nutrients, and dont have to deal with cutting roots when pulling males.
M. Y.expect rosemans tutorials to get posted anytime now.
But yes bubbleponics works, well I might add.
There is enough room for 6 pruned indicas, I personally run
the four corners in my homemade bubbler.
Are you planing to use cfl or other lower heat lighting or HID?
About 300-400watts of light would do one of those bucket proud.

brothafromanothaplanet:meister,
i have an 18 gallon 6 site homemade growtub that i also only use the corner sites to grow in. for some reason the plants in the inside sites always get dwarfed and the others grow over them taking away all the light. i use the inside sites to drain/add water and for putting in nutes and checking on the misters.
onship,
i can't really tell from the pic........what is on the inside of the tub? these things work great if it is a pump and misters. not so much if you're just dropping in some tubes with airstones on them because you will have to keep the tub filled up with water until your roots grow down into the water. and how much $ does this system cost? i made one from scratch for about $50 and it works great. i just got a 8 gal tub and will try to make an aerocloner out of it.
mate every single hydroponic store in the world sells netcups!brothafromanothaplanet:
The unit pumps oxygenated nutrient solution DIRECTLY to the inner root zone in each basket. This set-up (tank, pots, pump, airstone, rock wool, & rocks) runs $95. I thought (still am) about making my own, but could not find the grow pots anywhere. How did you make yours?
you could probably make 3 tubs for that price. i got the net pots from the hydro store for < than $1 a piece. here's a thread i did when i first made the growtub. initially i was just using it as a big dwc grow container. i've recently added a pump and some misters on 1/2 inch pvc tubing so i don't need to add so much water.brothafromanothaplanet:
