Bubbler systems, ebay lights

Do you think I should buy one of these stealthhydro bubbler systems SH Hydroponics > Dual Spectrum Bubbleponics™ Complete Kit or make one myself (ive never grown before but ive put in some pretty extensive research and im pretty confident in building one). Also does anyone have any suggestions on a cheap ($100-$150-ish range) lighting system? Are the hps lights on ebay a rip off? The space im working with is about 3x3. Thanks for the help!

And with a 3x3 space do i even need hps/mh or can i just go cfl.

i mean u can do either. i just prefer mh/ or hps. i feel u get bigger buds that way but im not 2 experienced to really know.. wish i was

Those are exspensive for really what they are. indiesun.com or marylandhydroponics.com have great deals and great products.I back both of those.Id use a 400 watt switchable digital light ina 3x3 area.Im using 1 600 watt on a 3x3 flood table. The bigger lights get bigger tigher buds with more crystals.I have to refrain on my cfl comments as I always get critized for my thoughts on those things lol

I have a nice little 400 watt MH that I want to sell for 100$ if you want it I like in canada and shipping would probably be 50$
