So you were able to get the actual light socket from home depot as well? Not to talk down or anything but im actually talking about the gold piece that connects to the wall...I sat in home depot for an hour pondering on how I was going to pull this off..Im actually building a small 25x13x34 inch cabinet similar to the pic....And I plan on painting the inside of it white...Im a total newb when it comes to this type of stuff so bear with me lol....

Aaah ok. Yea, I got those at Home Depot too. They called it a "lamp kit". It's basically just a light socket and power cord with a couple pieces of hardware that I didn't need.

I'm pretty new at it too. No worries.

Just a quick update for today. I don't feel like breaking out the camera. They're all looking good. Growth seems to have sped up considerably since I did this last reservoir change. My temps have been staying between 73 and 78, which may be part of the reason also.

After doing a bunch more reading, I went ahead and topped most of my plants today. 3 of them appear to be lagging a bit behind the pack, so I didn't touch those. Also, since the stems are getting much thicker, I removed the supports.

Can I get some feedback? Will these ladies be ready for flower in another week and a half?

Lots of growth this week! I've decided to switch to flower a little early, so here's the latest reservoir change. I also switched all the 6500k fluoro bulbs out for 3000k bulbs and changed the light timer to 7pm-7am.

Hey guys,

I started flowering yesterday, and already I'm starting to see little buds forming. No sure signs of sex yet.

Also, one of the plants has some sort of as-yet-unidentified problem. I think it might be a manganese deficiency, but it might be just a problem of genetics. The one that's having the issue is the only one of it's kind; a free extra seed from Attitude. UFO brand, Sharkbite strain.

I've also noticed, for some reason the plants on one side of the tent ended up considerably larger than those on the other side. The only difference between the sides that I can think of is the depth of the nutes in the channel. I'm gonna use foggers next time and see if that rectifies the problem.

It's been a while, but I figured I'd go ahead and throw an update up. Out of all my plants, I ended up with just 5 ladies, which was pretty disheartening. One of the UFOs, which is kinda sickly; one afgani which is somewhat stunted for some reason, and three gorgeous crystals.

There's been a few unposted reservoir changes... Here's the one from today:

Another reseviour change today. Dropped it down a bit on the concentration. Only 200 pro bloom and 100 liquid karma this time.

And I finally got around to taking some pics. The crystal are looking sexy as hell, but the afgani and mystery seed are pretty much ditch quality.



Got my new seeds in. Lowryder Purple Jems (Mazar x Lowryder) and some Northern Lights from Nirvana.
