I found this bug on a bud in N.W.WA. and don't have a clue what it is or whether it is a threat or not. The good news is, it's just about harvest time. Any help?002.jpg

Oh it's dead but I am curious as to whether it laid eggs or not.
Damn, I looked around the rest of the buds and didn't see anymore.
But then, as small as it is one would not be able to see the eggs.
Peace my Brit Brother. ;-)

I have searched through some books i have and still no joy - i will watch this thread with interest to see if anyone has an idea , tbh , it looks pretty dormant though , but most MJ destroying bugs are of the flying nature bar a few , i hope you harvested well my friend , do not forget to clean right down before you restart, Enjoy your fruits :-)

These are outside, I was looking too and found a Powder Bug which likes to lay their eggs in our bud and stems. No picture?

POWDER BUGS
Like to lay their eggs in your bud and stem. They can reduce your plant to nothing in weeks. You need a pyrethrum-based insecticide to keep them away. Ask your local grow shop for information on this product. It will also help keep away other insects such as mites.

WHITEFLY
Deadly. Can reduce your plant to trash in days. Safer's soap helps to kill Whitefly. This can be bought in most grow shops. (Also see Powder Bugs).
