Bud development - Onyx & Critical+

Hi all, this is my first autoflower grow and well its not gone overly well. Growing in a dr90, using a 250w hps and a recently added 150w hps as well. The plants are in 15l Airpots in a medium of coco. I havent kept record of when these 2 started, id say roughly 8/9 weeks. The Critical+ grew lanky so i had to tie her down. The bud development has been poorer than expected. Anyway pictures say more than words....

The first 3 are of the Critical+; followed by the Onyx.
Im pretty sure the Critical+ is about ready for a good flushing then chop. The Onyx has extremely spindly pistils rather than dencing buds.
I am feeding them with a small amount of Micro nutes and a large dosage of Bloom nutes (AN), i am also using molasses.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, why are the buds so small when there is sufficient lighting?

they are finishing
what is the lighting schedule ? looks like 18/6 or less

did you add perlite to your coco ? compact soil makes compact plants

the internodal stretch is from large temp swings
probably during lights on to lights off
im still assuming its on less than 24/0 lighting

i meant lack of.. seem like there are a lot of fan leaves missing.. idk if it's just the pics..

its cannibalized them already and its working on the water leaves
its just about harvest time TBH

unless they defoliated

The plants only had like 3 fan leaves each and they were all looking worse for wear and fell off. Yeah i didn't mix in any perlite; had thought th coco was too compacted for root growth. The lighting schedule has been 24/0 since seed, keeping a steady temp of 28C.
Cheers for input, i do think alot of factors have effected this grow and resulted in something pretty toss.
