I am finally starting flower in the pnw. I should be full flower in the next 7-10 days but am a newbie and I know you may think I am crazy, but I rarely partake and am mainly interested in the science of this great plant and how to grow with the best results.
I am starting to use flower booster and have been using sweet and sticky. I have been using also Jakes for the regular fertilizer after recommendations on here! Is there something I should be doing now through flower to enhance the bud size and flavor?

Don't buy into all the fancy bloom boosters so much, stick to the basics like Tiger Bloom. I used to buy all the fancy supplements like cha ching, Beastie Bloomz, open Sesame etc. Too much shit to keep track of and totally unnecessary. With good soil, all I need is Grow Big and Tiger Bloom, the results are the same without all that additional crap

I used to use a bunch of different deadrients. About 3 years ago I switched to making my own super soil. I add neem seed meal in my soil as well as my compost tea, Since I started mixing my own soil and feeding the microorganisms I’ve had no pests, haven’t sprayed anything on my plants.
What I’ve started doing is adding Dr Earth Bud and Bloom to my compost tea during flower and top dressing with the sludge from the 40 gallon compost tea, tea bag.
i also plant companion plants, marigolds, mint, basil and Pyrethrum daisies. .
I also add predator mites in late August just as a precaution.
I can honestly say, at least for my outdoor my plants are the healthiest I’ve grown in 20+ years and the quality I put up against any top shelf outdoor bud in any dispensary.
But I’ve always lived by…. Do what works for you and your situation.

I have not been impressed with what I see in the dispensaries when it comes to great buds!! If you are a grower most of the products I've seen are over dried and not worth the price. They spent more on the fancy packaging than on the quality of the product. Not to say you can't buy products that get you high but not sure you get the flavor from a fresh bud correctly dried and cured at home.
