Bud growth late flowering.

My girls are looking pretty close to 100% cloudy trichs, I'm guessing 2 more weeks at this point. I'm planning on chopping at the first sign of amber trichs to keep the buzz how I like it.

My question is, once I begin to see amber trichs, will the buds continue to grow any at all or at that point is it just about maturity?

If I can get a little bit more growth out of them I would consider going another week at the expence of more amber trichs but I would prefer a low percentage of amber trichs if there's no additional growth.

It's a mostly indica grown in living coco, day 49 since switch.

Great, thanks guys. Though I'm still curious as to whether I should harvest when I get first sign of amber trichs or let it go and get more bud growth, assuming the buds will still grow or dense up after amber trichs.

You could always harvest some earlier and some later, but they will get denser if you wait a bit. Then you can see how you prefer it, and you can watch them change as they fully mature. And if you're looking at trichs, make sure you're checking the buds and not the sugar leaves.

Awesome guys, thank you for answering. Ill give it a little more time beyond the first sign of amber then. As long as there's a little more growth or density to gain it will be worth the more stony buzz.

You should definitely gain density with more flowering time. If you are worried about it being too stoney you could harvest in increments.
