bud leaves are drooping, fans are fine

I just came back from a 2 days away from the plants and had a friend take care of them. I am 5 weeks into flowering, hps light, soil and only giving plain water now. One of the three plants is drooping. The leaves are green, doesn't seem like a deficiency and only the bud leaves are drooping and just the very tips of some of the fans. They are rolled up a little and drooping downward, not much twist. Any thoughts?

Pick up your pot feel what the weight is, heavy then hes over done it with the juice, light then it needs juice, no friend will lookafter them like you, best of luck with it, all will be ok.
