Bud rot and what else?

Hey all, second grow going from clones. Week 8 of flower, growing indoors in soil and perlite, was gone on work trip overseas for a month (wasn’t planned) and had my buddy watering twice/three times a week. More grow details below.

Came home finally yesterday to check how things were going and found them like this. Plan is to toss all three of them (haven’t yet) and start over, but for learning purposes what’s going on here, what happened?

grown in “organic”local bagged soil
3 gallon fabric pots
using tap water about a gallon total for all three every few days
Maxsisun MF2000 LED at 16” above
Temps have stayed between 83-72
Fans always on, top and bottom of tent
Exhaust fan running most of the day and cycles on/off at night
Plants are candy kush, white widow, and critical +, all three week8 from first buds
Fox farms trio nutes during veg and month after flipping but this last month I can’t say exactly what was fed honestly

haven’t noticed any bugs beyond the occasional gnat, but this is all root rot or bud rot correct? Haven’t had time to check the roots but can only imagine they’re all bad. When tossing in the trash do I need to throw away fabric pots as well or can I just clean them? Thanks!

Looks like you’re closer to harvest since returning home. Not sure bud rot is your issue. I wouldn’t cull them. Let them dry back and re water and keep going until harvest

Thanks for all the replies everyone! I'll throw in some nutes and let them keep going another two weeks and see what happens.
Glad I didn't chop then I guess, damn that woulda sucked haha.

Yea I said that I cant honestly say what was given to them because my buddy said he gave them half BUD dosages per bottle feed chart every other couple waterings, but I truly cant say for certain he did that, apparently doesn't look like it?! Right? geez.

If you are prone to being called away, it may be a good idea to get your plant sitter more involved before you have to disappear! But, it has to be someone you trust, who can keep his mouth shut.

Of course! and I know, dumb. But glad to make one at least a trial of what not to do next time and what to focus on I guess ha!

On a separate note, I know in my first post and title I wrote bud rot, but didn't exactly explain myself or show the best of pictures. These two pictures below are the initial reason I thought bud rot, and again I may be way off or may be something else entirely, but check these out if you can and let me know if you still think hungry. I've just never seen brown bud on a plant before. I have no sense of smell (long story, not covid) so can't say I smell mold unfortunately. Super sticky though.

Looks like it's been just water for a month. They've been feeding on themselves.
‘Absolutely hit it on head - them poor girls are starved and even if you bumped it / damage is done.
They cannibilized themselves for any reserves they had , so flowers are gonna be what they are.
