Whats it smell like, feel like? Is the bud dry?
Doesn’t smell like anything, there’s no texture to it when I’m touching it. Doesn’t rub off or anything. Yeah it’s mostly dry.

If it dosent stink, and dosent seem wet when everything else is dry, I think it's just some nice color. Break apart one bud like that and check it out for mold. Then you'll kno

That coloring is not uncommon, if it smells fine, it's almost certainly not mold. Mold would also have a foul taste

It may have been just that pic. Really hard to say, I've had mold that looked that same color. Like others said, if it don't smell or taste funny you should be good to go.
What would it smell like? This is my first grow so I’m still learning. Just so I know in the future. I definitely have some piece of mind now about this harvest.

Looks like discoloration man. Bud rot will look fuzzy/webby usually...

On second thought I do see a couple questionable areas in the picture. Did you have high humidity or something? If you question there is mold and can't have it tested throw it away. Moldy weed can kill you/others.

Yeah pretty much in a dry environment its grey n powdery kinda and it is brown n slimey in a wetter environment i dont think its rot from what i see so far from op but i cant be 100%

look at it under a black light. Some Mycotoxins from mold will fluoresce under black light. It looks suspect for sure, the kind of mold that happens during the drying process.

Umm, gonna sound crazy and if I'm not alone please speak up everyone. But in the past I've encountered rot with outdoor grows and the bad buds smelled like a very wet clay.

That is what I had happen on some Critical Kush recently the bottoms of the big ass buds kinda got a redish/yellow look but it wasn't mold under a microscope and idk how I'd have mold with 50% or lower RH and thorough airflow. I maintain a 1.5-1.6 vpd for the most part..
