bud smells dank but not sticky

i just got this bud from my friend and its confusing me cause he grew it,the bud is really fluffy n airy, not sticky, there are trichomes but seem very dry when i break up the bud and has brown leaves on it like he dried it fast but its smells so dank, when i smoke it its not that potent its a head high and gives me some what of a headache n doesnt taste like it smells, is there still hope to make this bud taste as it smells n more potent by curing or is it lost? there are BIG buds but still are airy n fluffy and there are small buds too

Maybe its premature.

That would account for non resinous fluffy buds.

but is it something with the grow cause even when i did get it before when it wuz on the plant it wasnt stickty it was still like watery if you nkow what i mean

and my other friends plant during teh grow it wuz sticky so whyd oes this plant smell so good but its not sticky and still has thc on it?

if the buds are light and airy that meens that he didnt have enough light during flowering and the lack of potency probably comes from lack of proper nutrients because the plant cant make thc without what it needs.

my guess is that your friend did it under fluorescents or incandescent bulbs without enough of them and did not have proper or any nutes at all

damn.. is there any way to make the smoke better or more potent?? by curing?

put the nugs in an air tight mason jar and throw an organe peel or lemon peel in there. let sit 24 hours than burp for an hour-repeat
