little of column a, little of column b; by which I mean, from your pics, it looks like there could be the start of a foxtail or two, but mostly it looks like some swelling.
what's your temps?

they're looking good! heading into harvest soon!

I’m only smiling cos I just harvested some foxtail central of my own - some of the absolute weirdest bud structure I’ve ever seen - But an absolute killer smoke;)7610FA15-08C5-4881-8E42-217FC26DDD95.jpeg 3485493F-839E-44E1-AF6D-298BE01898E3.jpeg56EE358E-2B00-42A6-944C-1CDB4D52CCED.jpeg

I’m in Michigan and I’ve had a nice cool start to summer with no issues. Now it’s starting to get hot out with high humidity. So I got a dehumidifier and a/c unit in my 8x8 grow room. It’s been a battle. If I run my dehumidifier the temp goes up but if I shut it down my humidity goes up and my temp goes down. Been trying to keep it at 75 ibut it’s been a cat and mouse game. The hottest I seen it in there is 88 and the temp at the top of the buds was 82. I have two nice oscillating fans in there. Also running an 8” inline fan for my intake and a 6” exghaust with my hood and carbon filter.

If you aren't using a sealed room you can put dehumidifier in adjacent room and still drop the humidity sans the heat

yeah so temperatures arent bad at all so foxtailing shouldn't happen too swiftly unless its a genetic predisposition. Either way, its no big deal; let the calyxes swell a bit more and chop 'em!

be easy,

It’s a sealed room. I turned my permanent ice fishing shanty into a grow haven lol. Guess I just got to play with my settings and split the difference and do the beat I can.

I have 3 cherry pie. 3 green crack and 3 sour diesel. The sour d looks to be the only one doing it. Could be in the genetics I suppose.

Pic #2 - top of the bud.....Beginning foxtail

Heat, high N

High N......That last pic is rather high N........Dark green,, not the best...dark green and shiny? Not good.
It was my first sativa grow and she was finicky as all hell so hard for me to grow especially because im a low fuss gardener lol. I didn’t know what they were asking from me and frankly I didn’t care not a strain I’d grow again. Neville’s Haze. The smoke and the smell is insanely beautiful and the yield was a very pleasant surprise considering time it took, but I just can’t fathom or justify the space being taken 16wks.

** And by hard to grow I mean because it required more tlc or attention than I have time to give which is a few a minutes a day, some days if they’re lucky lol.

I stopped growing LA Confidential because I could not stop it from turning hermie. AC, humidity, air circulation, running lights at night. It can definitely be genetic.

However I did cross pollinate an Indiana Bubble Gum with a LAC male. The plants don’t tolerate nitrogen at all. Even with Lucas formula. However no hermie, no nanners.

Looks like both! A bit of fox tailing but it is at the stage where it looks like calyxes are swelling. Nice!!
