Bud to hash ratio

Using the blender method, can someone take a guess as to how much hash one would yeild from, say, 1 ounce of dry average bud?

I realize this is a ballpark guess, I'm just trying to get a rough idea to decide whether or not I want to sacrifice some bud in return for hash.
 
Bumping this topic to try and get an answer tonight... I wanna experiment wish hash making but still need an idea of what quantity to expect in order to decide...

never seen it done, i think with a careful, proper technique u can get 10-15% of dry shake into smokeable hash... so that would be about an 1/8 ounce back. Gumbi's Bubble Hash method seems pretty easy and effective (the entire video is on youtube, 10mins long)

I've tried it's the blender way and you dont get that kinda of results but I was using trim not straight bud. Now I have payload bags and I'd say I get back about a 10 to maybe 15 percent return also with trim and popcorn buds. IMO using buds to make hash is a waisted unless you're using 50 an ounce mexican schwag or something.
 
arent you suppose to use trimmings not buds when making hasch?
i bet white widow is a gooood hashmaker due to the large amount of crystals it puts out
 
i know when making bubble hash it takes 1 pound of good bud converts to 1 oz of high grade hashish.

well worth it.
 
How is 1 pound of weed converted to 1 oz of hash worth it? Heh

I do the sugar leafs and popcorn buds for hash typically. I also have a sifter box I roll all my joints in. The box catches all the fallen crystals and u save them up to make keif hash I believe it's called. Just made 5gs last night from left over crystals

how much trimmings did you have? i mean from how many plants?
 
I have tried making blender hash, and found the process to be quite messy. I use a silk screen to pass my trimmings over a few times, and then I save those trimmings to be made into butter. Starting with approx 2 1/2 oz of trim off some lemon skunk, I ended up with a little over 5 grams of hash and 2 1/2 sticks of some potent butter. (last 2 brownies are in the freezer waiting for the Disturbed/Korn show this weekend.)

For the 5 grams? None it's just from random bud I've bought and rolled above the sifter. It just catches the loose resin over the past few months. My current plants should be done in a week so I'll probably make more.
