I see it bro just missed it lol. You might as well scrog them some so those tall ones don't block the smaller pheno. I'm excited for you!!!!
Yeah i plan on keeping the outside plants bent towards the outside and let the indica phenos fill the middle. Once stretch is basically done ill probably break a few stems and get things looking cherry bruh

That is one of the most beautiful and resinous buds I have seen in a long time. Kudos to you man!

I hope I'm not being redundant here, but may I ask what your nutrient regimen is? I run about 500-700 PPM in passive water to waste hydro (hempy) and currently have some THC Bomb at day 62 (I think) and I'd love to improve on my methods because I'll be honest, I've not produced anything that was coated in bulbous trichomes like that.

I run the GH 3 part flora series at 25% under the recommended dose (I find their rec's to be too strong). I also use koolbloom as a PK booster in late flower as well as floralicous plus at 25% under the suggested dose. I've been very happy with my results so far but I'm always looking to improve :)

I have recently been doing foliar applications with floralicious plus for my vegging girls and they seem to like it.

My current grow:

Thanks for letting me pick your brain :)

I think its mostly in the strain bruh. I mixed my own tea for that grow, but only thingthat improves is taste ans smell. You can get just as goos or better trichome production using any 2 part base with terpinator and mass by green planet. Also use bacteria and fungal inoculants to help the plant digest easier

Thanks for the suggestions. Genetics is the 99.9% determining factor for what can or will be produced as far as resin production and aroma goes. 99.9% of the products on the market that promise more resin and so forth are just full of shit.

You are absolutely right about beneficial bacteria and fungus (mycohorrizae is an amazing topic of conversation), but I don't use any product from any manufacturer that won't even tell me what is in the product. The only reason people don't tell you the why is because they're hiding something. I don't like secrets, farming isn't that complicated so I naturally just assume they're hiding something I probably don't want to know if I'm shelling out $$ for their product :)

Look into soul synthetics by aurora for hydro. I use to run their whole line, but started dropping things due to cost. Their mychoryzae product is oregonism xl. Its kind of spendy, and I thought the nutes were better when the company first started, but you cant argue with results.

It does contain chemicals, but also has a lot of organic matter in it. Works fantastic with my bacteria+humus mix.

Thanks for the info MD. Microbiology rocks :)

I'll be checking into their line of nutrients as I'm looking for a replacement of my GH line. I like they're 2 part flora nova series, but I'm going to weigh my options with a few different manufacturer's, so I'll make sure to include souls synthetics in the list of possibles.

I just realized that's Aurora Innovations, the same company that makes roots organic and I absolutely respect the roots brand. I had no idea Soul Synthetics was their product as well. Good action dude, you just blew my mind :)

No problem. An old friend actually started that company. I used one of the first batches ever made! Back when they olny sold their product in their house hydroshop

20140828_013053.jpg Week 1.
100% veg nutes first two weeks of flower.

Flushing my root mass. Lot of organic matter in mix and my roots are acting like a filter. Was seeing some very slight defeciencies and had slightly burnt tips even though things are dialed...

Hour after i added 20 gal of fresh water the ec had risen to .5

Conclusion: When using organic sediment in recirulating DWC, flushing may be beneficial with larger root masses. Will be flushing every 2-3 weeks from this point on. Never had this problem with a stand alone bucket.

Ec .5
80-83f high
70f low
75f ambient air
45% RH
h2o @ 71f
1-1000w @ 36" from canopy

Been about 4 hours since started flush. Will change nutes tomorrow

Very nice looking ladies you have there. I think you are absolutely right about your flush every 2-3 weeks to prevent the accumulation of salts in your root zone.

Do you think the organic sediment may be bonding with the nutrient salts causing excess accumulation?

I've heard organic matter that's liquified is usually of a thick consistency...

There's nothing wrong with making it rain on your ladies :)

Im not exactly sure what the cause is. If I had to guess id say the sediment itself has a ppm of 300 +/- so when it built up in the root mass, the plant was getting the ppms of the water, plus the ppms from the sediment build up. So whrn I thought my EC was 1.5 it was actually closer to 2.0.

The sediment turned 25 gallons of fresh water into a .5ec tea after an hour. So that amount of organic matter was stuck in the roots.

I actually had mixed a reservoir with CANNA before i flushed and discovered what was up. I was worried ky nutes were bad....

Rather than waste 25 gallons of water im just gonna use canna for the last veg nute regime.

Never switched nute lines mid round before :)

Things are looking mighty good bro. Can't wait to see the buds on these ladies. Sucks that's you gotta switch nutes in middle of grow but I think you will be fine. There's some really good one part nutes so I think you will be ok as I've seen other people switch all kinds of nutes up throughout the grow and it turned amazing. Keep up the good work bro.

Looking very good bro. Very green and healthy. Those taller phenos look like they're gonna be some nice yielders. Are you looking for a keeper outta this pack or just running them? What kinda smells you getting from them?

I would love to find a keeper. I took cuttings of everything just in case. However my lemon haze is where the bar is set. Dont come across many things I like better.

Have been playing with the idea of not juggling clones and re-vegging instead. Never done it before.

Just smells skunky right now. Im suprised how much this plant smells even without bud.

Had to exhaust my AC and its not running through carbon...

I can smell things outside when the wind is JUST right

Ok well hopefully you do find you a keeper. That's Lemon Haze sounds so good. Imma Haze man no doubt that's why I'm loving the Blue Dream I'm growing cus it's very Hazey. As I go further into my grow the more I'm thinking it's gonna be a keeper and I don't even plan on running it again. Wish I knew someone I could give some cuts to to keep her around. If you don't clone and plan on revegging the plant your gonna need bigger lots cus those roots will be big.

I would only reveg until i got a viable clone. All my keepers go straight in soil to become mothers. Hydro is way to fast to kother for ky setup
