Budding issue, Leaves curling. DWC LED... Pics included

My Plant has been in 12/12 hour light cycle for 3 months now. It took ages for it to show me its sex, think it was close to a month.
Had a few magnesium issues but got it under control, besides that she has been going strong.
The lower branch leaves are aslo curling. Top leaves are great.
I keep the pH between 5.8 and 6.8.
The TDS between 1300 and 1500.
It is grown under 660mn LED 240watts light panel's (equivalent to about 750watt HID)
Its in a 5 letter black bucket with air-stone.
This is my first plant being done indoor and with hydro, i am a indoor noob.

Here are pictures i have taken today

Any assistance would be great...

The main problem is the lighting is not doing enough for that plant. Look at the whats spose to be buds. All they are is hairs. The wattage may be equal to HID But the lumens and the spectrum is not. To grow fat thick buds you will need an hps bulb.

Iv done my research, lumen's dont mean jack. Its the light spectrum that is important. Only 15% of an HID is usable. But if im wrong plz post a link showing me so:confused:

I understand why the lower leaves are from lack of light. But in grouth it was amazing, it grew too fast for me to handle at the time, and even now it is still getting bigger. But 3 month is flower and still only a few hairs

Led's do work for growth and budding
My light is missing the 8% blue light but that is not a problem as the blue is only used during 18/6 light cycle. Still does not explain slow but growth

I made my lights by hand and made sure i got the rite sh!t, only reason the blue is not connected is because i got sent the wrong resisters.
I have done ALOT of research on my lights and am 98% sure that is not the issue for the slow bud.

I've grown with LEDs myself but I have to agree -- I think your lighting is inadequate. 3 months in flower! Even if you have a pure Sativa, I would expect to see more bud than that. I've had completely botched DWC grows with terrible root rot and had better bud than that 5 weeks into flower.

If the growth wasn't soo great i would totally agree with you, but even my other plants are loving it and just taking over.

Im soo glad i went with DWC, just got to remember you can never have to much air and change the water often. A sterile plant is a happy plant

The nutrients im using isnt something you've ever seen before, the hydro support in my country is lacking big time and im gonna have to import mine2012-09-22 20.45.52.jpg
I will search for something new and see if it is nitrogen. The nutrients i have doesn't even give me the ratio

Any other ideas plz post
