hi i have a pretty good outdoor plant and it's just beginning to form little buds because i havent been giving it any nutes. i know theres good nutes in some foods for plants. i know coffee grounds have a good source of nitrogen and eggs have always been good for my plants in the past, but what food is good to give plants potassium and phosphate?
i cant find any good nutes at the stores and ive always used natural nutes so i wanna keep it that way

what if i crushed up tomatoes and cheese?
tomatoes are high in potassium and cheese is high in phosphate, im just not sure if these are ok to give plants. i need some sort of confirmation as to whether or not itll hurt the plants.

i know tomatoes are acidic which would prob throw the ph off even in soil based
