I'd line walls with 3-4 inch insulation, build stud walls all the way round the room, insulate them with rolls of insulation and plasterboard them, job done

Even get a builder in to quote it and tell u how he's goina do it, buy the stuff urself and pay some Polish lad or some handy man a day rate. Small enough job like just need to get a proper spark in for ur electrics, better safe

If your going to source the materials yourself you'll find the price come down significantly. I have a place I go to rolls of 100mm insulation £3 per roll 8x4 sheet plaster board £8 per sheet and 3x2 timber framing £2.50 per 14ft. I could do both your sheds for under £200 for materials anyway. Then that again for the job to be done. But your not England based and it's quite a trek for me for 200 quid lol

Front garden sorted, back garden sorted, powerful weather we is having.
Just the greenhouse to put up.
Transplanted wappa , banana, and sensi star 2 into bigger pots .
Spend 300 quid in grow shap yesterday on bio bizz n royal mix soil, a new fan kit for wee tent, ratchets and ata organics atami nutes plus miscellaneous odds und sods.

Took day off, Cleaned and sterilised groom. Shifted some Units, Bagged some rangum, Potted some clones(incredible bulk), 3x bacon and eggs sandwiches for lunch. Watered the big ladies, broke down and sived some coco ready for use.. Groom clothes in the wash. Time for a bath!
Sure is a grand day.. Wish I had a rib eye to look forward too, Its my fav steak.
