Budrot...chop early?

I wanted to give these at least 2 more weeks but they're getting morning dew every day now.

I've had to cut out rot on about 8 colas out of 40ish total in the garden, spraying with h202 on infection sites as well.

The rot is progressing at about 2 new colas a day.

Do you think I should risk it and wait another week or two? Or should I chop now?

I numbered them to make it a bit easier to talk about the specific plant. They're 4 different strains so they're all maturing kind of at different rates.

Plant #1: Trichs are 90% cloudy, 10% clear. It's a forum cut GSC cross so the nugs are pretty small.

Plant #2: 20% clear / 80% cloudy. This one doesn't look "done" like some of the others.

Plant #3: This one has been hit the hardest by the budrot. I've had to cut a few colas already. When writing this I even see a brown spot that I need to go cut right after posting. Trichs are 100% cloudy, but still lots of white hairs on the lowers.

Plant #4: 90% cloudy / 10% clear.

Plants look real nice. Bud rot sucks, it’s in my outside plants too and it’s always the nicest buds that get it.
Me, I’d probably harvest that third one that likes to rot, but if the other varieties are taking the weather better; I’d go longer and chop each one individually as it got moldier. Not super long mind you and bad weather is a big thing in harvest too, late flower plants don’t need 4 days of rain. Another thing about going longer, is it lets you see what varieties do best in your area.

Beautiful plants. I just chopped a cola off my plant this morning for the same reason. Supposed to be in the 90s for a couple days, hope it dries out whatever moisture is left from the rain a couple days ago.
I agree with MustGro, harvest the one that likes to rot and keep a eye on the others, chopping colas if they get the rot. Hopefully you get a couple of hot dry days to help you out. Doesn't seem like you got much longer too go.

Thanks guys, I'll chop #3 today and let the others ride for a bit more. It's looking like I have 5 days of sunshine but the morning dew is killing me. Some of the buds are just soaked in the morning then when it heats up it's perfect conditions for mold.

I have had some success against the dew with a low power electric leaf blower, I hit the plants when I wake up and then put an oscillating fan on them until the day gets warmer. It's not perfect but it helps.

I like to give each branch one hard shake if we have a lot of fog in the morning

That leaf blower is a good idea. How noisy is a low powered one?

 Time is not on your side....
90% cloudy
100% cloudy
80% cloudy
90% cloudy,
With the words of duke nukem: Are you waiting for... christmas? :) just joking... ya chop sue!
Cut small.... not put buds with spores in the dry room.... of course, give the buds room to dry, low temperatures. Try a little bitt faster curing for sake of getting as much as possible through, without loosing more to the fungus. Good luck!
