it looks like crappy bud wet'd again and again and again by a really bad dealer... It's old crappy shit... throw it away... The dryier the weed is, the better it burns to relieve the molecules you want to fck you up

Bump, it was 2 days old, its northern lights , its was in high humidity but it was in really cold temp's , thats why i dont think its moldy because dosent mold need hot+ humid? thanks guys

i would smoke it, look for red diesel, could be it, just water cured. does it smell funky?
