Buds close to the light?

Is there a way to tell if the Buds are too close to the light. Some sighns that the hairs are burning

Thanks but what I wanted to know is can some one tell me how to tell when the light starts to burn. Or is all of a sudden burnt?

put your hand were your buds are does it hurt? you should have them at a distance that makes your hand feel warm but not to hot.

I can put my hand on the light and it doesn't hurt. Oh I mean the glass under the light is ok to touch then the plants are about 9in below that so everything is ok then . Sweet thank you guys
