Buds Dying in late flower

Ok, so last ditch effort here. Week 7 ish and half my plant is fried. Not sure what combination of things I did wrong , but I could use some advice. Is it smarter to cut the decent buds I have left early , or risk letting it progress and losing all of it ? I don’t think it’s bud rot as I don’t see anything powdery. The buds are just dry as hell . I have noted they are drying from the outside in vs other way around .

Whoa. I personally would chop and toss. I wouldnt even smoke that. Start over and remember less is more.

I bet the roots /soil smells funky like a almost sour kinda smell? One of my friends managed to do this a few years back and yes was major root zone problems

I can definitely see it being a root issue. Some of the leaves remind me of how mine look with drastic environment changes. eeeh I say smoke it :weed:
