Buds not showing pistils. Heat stress?

Hi,

I've got four white widow ladies on the go and this one's buds seem strange. The buds seem to be a bit round and aren't throwing out pistils like the others.
I was worried it might have hermied but I can't see any "balls" or "bananas". The tips of the leaves got scorched after it stretched into the bulbs but temperatures in my grow area have been pretty stable in the mid 70s during lights on.

They're about a month into flowering and I'm using biobizz nutes in soil. Here's a link to a journal I'm keeping on them -> https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/642947-kulu-seeds-white-widow-fridge.html#post8938506

Anyone seen this before? Should I be worried?

Looks like a hermie.
I fear you're right but there are (very) small pistils coming out and they don't look like the average male pollen sacks.

Do you think heat could be the cause? This plant is closer to the lights than the others. Also, air movement in the grow chamber might not be the best. I have a desk fan blowing from the bottom up through the leaves but it's so dense with foliage in there at the moment that it may not be moving the air around enough
