Been fighting budworms last few weeks, and seemed to have gained the upper hand. But for the past few weeks on the leaves on top of buds, I've been seeing tiny white specks that seem attached to the leaf on a hair or something. Budworm eggs or?

i have those two and dont know what they are and i have a huge caterpillar problem hopefully someone has the answer im curious

I finally found out they are budworm eggs. Looked at them under a scope and they look like little larvae/pupae kind of thing. Been searching the web past week and hadn;t been able to find a pic til today. So I'm tweezing them off as I see them

I have these little bastards also. I took each infected plant into the bath tub and sprayed them down. It seemed to have helped some but found two more last night. I have a soap based insecticide, it worked on the mites I had so I am going to try it on these worms. I will let you know how it works!!!

Monterey Gardens Spinosad has worked well for me. Takes a day or 2 to kill them, but I repeat the spray every 3 or so days and haven't seen one or any damage for about a week. Harvest time sometime in the next week or so

Not fuzzy. They are tiny white specks that seem to be hanging off the tiny leaves at the top of the buds. Some are on the leaf, some seem to be attached to a hair hanging off the bud
