Dude knows what works. I used his methods with my supply of of organics and absolutely not even a hiccup in tomorrow will be day 1 of 7 weeks. Bottles of snake oil is not the way to do this.

UV time - QB 96 rig w/ Sunblaster T5HO lamp
Hola , boys and girls ….
Decided on this fine sunday to begin their UV tanning regiment. I pulled one of the Pure Par bulbs and swapped in that Pure UV ( using caution- eyes ) bulb.
I have 2 of them but if i doubled , it would probably torch the shit out of them. So to make them girls get all moist with some trichome stressing under the UV , i am using just the single bulb.
I tried a double bulb “ once “ way too harsh on the plants. So with this lamp i run either a pure par or 10000k finisher bulb. Camera shows the UV as the blue looking one. ( quick pic cuz i needed to protect eyes ).
Under a typical 12/12 cycle - i break it up into 15- minutes every 4th hour ( 3 UV “ on “ cycles ) .
No particular science behind it - just my way of using a timer to control exposure. Set and forget kind of thing. I use those “ peg “ style timers that can work with 15 minute slots. So adjusting exposure time is relatively simple.
I stay on the lesser side ( 15 minutes ) per “ light on “ timer as not to over do it.

Sunday cloning -
I try to utilize my Saturdays and Sundays to plant maintenance - as i dont have too much time after work ( serving warrants and peeing on people’s shit )
I was “ working “ on one of my King Kong Poison plants ( LST / Shaping plant ) and wouldn’t you know it - snapped a smaller branch
.
So since I usually can turn urine into something like lemonade - i used it as a clone.
I have this stuff called Gel 2 Root - it is this clear gel like substance that needs no water or fertilizer. It says it will root out cuttings. To me it looks like jello cup.
Actual ingredients of this mystery gel is i guess “ proprietary “ …. However looks like aloe vera gel to me
…. Who knows ?
I bought it some time ago and forgot i had it.
To root a cutting , you must shave a little of the stem and pop a small hole thru foil liner into gel. That’s it.
So who knows ? It might work.
I will update on this “ gel stuff “ as time goes on.

Strong Pee inoculants used on these green goddesses
KKP has gotten some topping done but will get another round soon.
Forbidden clones are also getting “ shaped “ this weekend. The muchcacha autos are looking like their wearing a Ghillie suit.
Strange plants that never had true fan leaf. Only the stacked leaf from flowers - but she stinks so that’s good. Kind of ugly cousin IT looking but
very aromatic . Left one was feed sensitive ( *shrugs ) - Right one bulked up better.

Blackbird is running like a champ and plants respond well .

F7 have been cut / hung and grove bagged ( one of the 2 plants ). I threw a couple of hygrometers in each bags to see if bags really hold rh.
So far they seem to be.
I need to order some larger ones for the set of plants in late bloom.
Blackbird is still rockin and have adjusted DLI for them. I seriously doubt I will ever run full max on dimmer in my 3x3 - that might be overkill.
But always good to have more power to play with.

Minor update - SOG 1 gallon
BERTA NL 2.0
Well this stanky girl was finally ready for her “ dry time “ trim. She is one of 2 that I just grew for shits and giggles - I literally have hundreds of these seeds from the original seeding plant I did last year. Wasn’t looking for a bigger plant since I have plenty of other shit going on - they were just “ fillers “ .
She has an earthy / peppery fruit tone. There is some purpling and colors . The other one is slightly different and am currently gonna trim her as well after post.
Plants will be drying out “ in pot “ secluded in a dark unused tent with a small inlet fan and extraction fan going.
‘I placed a hygrometer in there to monitor what’s going on while closed up. I tend to leave them in pot ( time to time ) to dry .
It allows me to cut stalk later at anytime - no more pulling before lights on bullshit. So it will chill and be nice and safe for a bit while do other things.
This particular plant was grown this way - so I can decided if it would be a candidate for a tent full of similar Single Cola SOG style growing.
So since I have so many seeds and they can run this way - I am taking note for a future grow.
I grow all sizes - bonsai , hempy , LST , manifold or whatever ….. I like a mixed bag of plants.
For me it doesn’t make too much sense to dedicate a full tent on a single large 5 gallon plant.

Well , i am popping some babies ….
KKP ( GG4 x Durban Poison ) x Purple Punch ( Larry OG x GDP ) solo cups.
Decided to run a mixed medium style - hempy / soil and coco grows. My layered mix soil plants are pretty self sufficient ( for weeks ) when they are up potted from solo and will only be watered when needed.
The coco and Hempy girls will be handled with GH MAXIGROW upfront then Maxibloom when flowering.
COCO solos will be upsized ( when ready ) to at least 2-3 gallon buckets.
The Hempys will stay as is throughout. I used them at this size and able to get some decent sized plants ( since im the main consumer)
and my cats
Not sure which quantum will do the heavy veg work - as im almost ready to flip whats under the Blackbird.

You can fix that by boiling the solution and letting it cool down to ambient. I know it's some work but that's what I did running Dyna Gro.

Got myself a new propagation chamber for some cuttings I plan this weekend.
This one caught my eye due to its design - removable height extenders .
Hard clear plastic - multi vent and deep tray. It didn’t have a plug tray but went to a nearby hydro shop and bought a tray to cut to size.
This unit actually was off of Home Depot’s website - ship to store.

Welp … got a “ couple “ set in place. I was smoking out while doing it and was getting too stoned to cut more yesterday- LOL.
I have a few more to do later today ( tired from long Friday at work
) so once I decompress a little , I will continue to add a few more.
Im thinking around at least 8 total - for now.
FLIP TIME for the Blackbird plants will be Sunday. Finally had some heat come around cali today and plants are loving the warm ambient air.
Seed cups are throwing their first baby leaf ( baby teeth ) in all cups and will show them later on as more growth happens.
