bugs help

ive tiny white bugs at the bottom of my pots they live under it where it moist
there really small, white an jump about when the light is in them, what are they? how did they get there and do i need to kill them if so how??

Its Gnats. Bad. They will lay eggs in the top of your soil too, and gnat larvae in your root system is bad. Run, don't walk to the store of your choice and tell the gardener there you have gnats all over your vegetables and in the soil.

It's correctable, just get on it quick!

how do they get there? are the adults like flies?
