I see some variegation but don’t see any bugs.
I see specs of something on leaves but can’t clearly see any bugs.
variegation can happen with some slight stress factors or for no reason at all.
if you think you have bugs, I don’t see bug damage. Maybe you could get a clearer picture of the suspect “bug”?
I’m a bit of an armchair entomologist so usually spot things others miss.
I would say your plants are just experiencing a growth spurt causing some discolouration on your leaves.
