Bugs or mold??? Any advice second outdoor grow

So I have 12 outdoor plants that were started indoors earlier this year and were put outside mid may. I e been having a few problems by with some holes in the leaves and chunks missing but today I was looking closer at my leafs and I saw what looked like a blackish grey mold along with little tiny white bugs between the leaf fingers where the leaf stem meets the leaf...... Not sure what it is or how to fix it but I need to fix it before it gets out of hand. The bug in the red circle looks like an aphid to me. What you say looks like mold, I don't know for sure.

I do weekly maintenance on my outdoor plants with neem, and I also apply BT and/or spinosad intermittently. I stop application of sprays when buds start forming. I also apply neem as a root drench. Bugs are a battle in my location for sure.

Spinosad kills bugs indiscriminately, including beneficial bugs like bees. If you use it, do so sparingly, and be aware of what kind of bugs normally traffic the areas where you apply it, so as to minimize harm to beneficial bugs.

Thanks for the tips! If these are in fact aphids that would probably mean that what I’m seeing on the stems is sooty mold from the honeydew. I hope that is the case and not some other kind of mold that will destroy my plants.

Do a knockdown spray if you have anything, even a garden hose.
Follow up with Permethrin with an oil and soap/surfactant.
The oil will keep it effective longer from the sun, kill any eggs.
Alternate with something else next week, Grandevo or Spinosad, and keep doing knockdown sprays every few days in any problem areas.
Do another oil spray following week, watch for caterpillars coming next.

Do spinosad after sunset if you use it, when bees aren't out.

Those are probably spider mites as well, same treatment as above.
Definitely spray them down in the problem areas asap
