Sounds similar to my problem... I'm using neem oil extract It's safe on the soil and as a foliage spray

Just remember to be careful with the foliar sprays. I'd spray mine RIGHT before the lights were going out, so my plants wouldn't burn. if you're running a 24/0 schedule you may want to make additional accommodations.

if they sorta jump/fly and move so quick they look like they teleport and are tiny like gnats almost....
prolly an aphid of some sort
google aphid photographs and you'll find there are like 100 million or so types
they eat leaves or suck juice or butt rape the plant or something

point is they're BAD - a few prolly not, but i'd nip it OUT of the bud

neem oil is good for most bugs i think - also garlic oil, clove oil, cayenne pepper, black pepper...

when using extracts and oils, i set the plant outside of the direct footprint of my HPS for a few days

if i don't see the problem for a bit(day or 3) i like to spray the plant till it drips starting at the very top, going in circles to the bottom with hydrogen peroxide in water - it's great for the plant in just about every way - don't use the 3% - and don't mix too strong

I have this problem in my flowering and veggin pots.... I spray in lights off when foliar spraying, Soil spray anytime I see the fuckers. My flowerin is on 12/12 and my veggin room is on a 20/4 schedule. Could probably use diatomaceous earth too. Also have used Hydrogen Peroxide, but I DID use the 3% you get at most pharmacies, worked like a charm (for a slight mildew problem I had). I use 1 tablespoon to 20 oz. water in a spray bottle for the hydrogen peroxide and the neem oil I use the same ratio. Hope this helps
