Building a grow room in garage

Hi all I'm planning on transitioning my closet grow to my garage. The garage has had mildew and mold issues in the past. So I am planning on walling off that back 10 feet with a door in the center. I'm planning on removing all of the sheetrock and replacing it with green board unless you have another suggestion. I'm also thinking glue down linoleum for the floor. There are no windows so I will be installing exhausts. Any thoughts on different wall/ceiling materials and flooring would be much appreciated.

Drywall and flat white paint are great for the walls . Panda film also works well

Ceilings don't matter much, just make sure they are sealed up and light leak proof.

Floors I agree with @Renfro epoxy is king for concrete floors

Green board is sheetrock made for bathrooms so that is fine I'm sure. But heavy duty glue down linoleum is 100%water proof and very durable. Epoxy sounds good but I am not familiar with this application although I can do anything for sure.

Epoxy is rolled on the concrete similar to paint but it's insanely durable

Yes greebboard drywall/Sheetrock that's primed and painted with flat white paint works great

Plywood painted with a white mold and mildew resistant paint will be your best bet and has been a go to for grow room builds for decades. But regular drywall is the last thing that ever should be put in a grow room, even if its painted. There are organic compounds in drywall that are food for mold. If you really want to go upscale puckboard or poly sheets.

Its 12 feet wide no seams
If you can cut it wider than the room you can "curb" it and run up the wall a bit. Hospitals do this.....gotta glue the corners but makes even less seams even compared to full wall to wall with a water entry point the full perimeter.

Hi guys I'm waking up my own thread here. I'm settled on 1/2" plywood for my garage walls and ceilings would PT be best or no bueno because of all the harsh chemicals. Also pt anything ply tends to be warped and funky as well as wet. There is a nice 1/2 structural pine Plywood available also.
