After a long spring and summer trying to grow in my 4'x4'x4' grow cab, with disastrous results, I have decided to start from scratch by building a custom 8'x8'x7' room (see picture). The heat stress was too much and I ended up losing all but one plant, which I moved outdoors. In spite of the punsihment I gave it, it is currently re-vegging and is very bushy, and still showing hairs. Three weeks outside and No balls.
Anyway. The room would be divided into 2 rooms. One veg, one flowering. I am thinking about going with two 3'x3' ebb & flow tables in the flower room, Co2, 2 x 600 w lights (cooltube style) and carbon filter.
the veg room will have clones in rock wool cubes, and moved into the flowering room every two weeks.
So I am looking for input about dividing the room. Should it be in half or thirds with the larger portion dedicated to the flowering room?
How much can yield on a regular basis doing a "sea of green" style grow in this space?
Would soil be "better"?
What Have I forgotten?
Thanks people!!
