if the starting strains are both comfirmed stable autos (just one has been made to to be female and other was selected out of the males that grew0
u would have a 100% new auto and it should be stable if the oringals were
it is only when u cross a photo with a auto strain will it be one u need to grow out to 1 is 50/50...2 is 75/25 .....3 would be 87.5 /12.5..........4 is 93.75/6.25 by this point u can call it a auto strain
just set it up under one light 1000w dual arc and keep it on a 20/4.........the ones that go into flowering under that would be the strongest auto gentics in that batch repeat that 3 more times and cross with male from the same batch

You're wrong.
2 autos bred to each other will always be automatic. It's a recessive trait, so if you breed with a non auto then the odds are very high none of the offspring will be automatic. In the second generation however, 25% will be automatic.

Agreed 100%. But it could be an outdoor situation, which is more understandable in a lot of areas. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices if you don't live in a paradise like California or even better nearer the equator.

personally i prefer photo plats but if you wanna grow autos the best to do is ALWAYS to make your own seeds.
Buy a pack of seeds (F1 if possible since least variety) then just make seeds of it. you will get a lot more than 500 seeds and from the genetics of your choice.
i really recommend making your own Mi5 seeds. i seen some breeding work with it and the results was very good. also its one of the more potent autos out there and doesnt yield to bad.
But if you are to grow autos perpettualy with autos you must make your own seeds. its just a pain in the as if you dont and cost way too much ^^

1 the time period for them is much shorter so in a years time same place to your 4 or 3 photos a auto can get 5 to 6
2 the time in flower with light on 20/4 run the whole way in my 30 days(minal flower time is 30 35 days) of 20/4 is equalled to 50 days of 12/12
3 the learning curve using these is much faster
4 the profit margins in with them are fairly high
5 the thc and taste of them are now equaling to photos
6 the big one .............all of it in one tent/room/area so more easy controlled grow and keeping it just right for the plants

If you're talking outdoors, sure. Otherwise, no. Indoors, in fact, they take longer to finish by a large amount compared to an already mature clone. And they lack uniformity in comparison and will not be as well dialed in.
Indeed, costs are higher. Yet the results are inferior. Go figure.

Taste, perhaps. Overall potency? No.
You don't need a veg room, this is a bonus for some people. But environmental control isn't the reason why.

Show me an auto with the same taste and profile of a quality strain, you can't. They don't come close at all, and if you have access to great genetics, you'd know that.
Profit margins perhaps for anyone selling bunk to the uninformed, or an inexperienced smoker. The price to grow is very low to begin with, yields can't compare to a well vegged plant which negates the whole 5-6 from 3-4. Besides that would have to be indoors. I run 10 week strains, that's 5 a year.
They are not easier, same principles apply.

There are, in fact, people who prefer quantity over quality - more harvests per year. My guess is that as soon as your customers are able to find a connection to good herb, your business as well as reputation will be in the sh!tter.

And maybe not even once if the customer has the chance to sample it before purchasing. I've smoked for 3 decades, but prefer nothing over smoking crap. Fortunately, the days of seeking smoke from others is ​long gone ~

That's so true. I have never had a problem passing down poor quality ganja. I'd rather just pass and wait. I know an acquaintance who grows autos in a tent, only has enough for himself as they are low yielding. I don't think anyone in my market would buy autos willingly.
